High Intensity Interval Training / WODs / Ninja Warrior
Monday: 4:15pm – 5:15pm
Wednesday: 4:30pm – 5:30pm
$20 per session
This class is a group session with 5-8 participants. There are 8 WODs (Workout of the Day) to choose from which you have to push through 4 or more WODs within the session. Full body workouts that involve dragging and pushing the prowler. Climbing the ladder for 100ft then moving to the heavy bags for a round of punches and kicks. Body weight to olympic weight exercises. Battle ropes to bungee sprints. Fitness is fun here where we train hard and get results. Train you ass off style workouts for time or AMRAP (As many reps as possible) and yes even Ninja Warrior’s Cliffhanger.
All exercises and movements are demonstrated and taught to everyone. If you need help we will get you where you want to go.
